1- Balance board
Objective :
Helps improve sense of balance and strengthen leg and core muscles.
Exercises:
Standing on the board, shift weight from one foot to the other, maintaining balance while moving arms.
2 - Balance slope
Objective :
Helps improve balance and coordination, and strengthens leg and core muscles.
Exercises:
- Walk back and forth on the board.
- Stand on one leg on the board.
- Transfer weight from one foot to the other.
- Performing jumping and landing exercises on the board.
- Walk on the board with your eyes closed.
3 - The curve
Objective :
Helps improve sense of balance and adaptation to curved surfaces, and strengthens leg muscles And the center.
Exercises:
- Walk on the curve back and forth.
- Stand on the curve while maintaining balance.
- Perform jumping and landing exercises on the curve.
4 - Ascending and descending ladder
Objective :
Helps develop the ability to move on uneven surfaces, improve leg strength Arms, balance development.
Exercises:
- Go up and down the stairs slowly and carefully.
- Jump from one level to another.
- Walk sideways on the stairs.
- Performing balance exercises on the stairs.
5 - Barriers
Objective :
Helps develop jumping, skipping and climbing ability, improve hand-eye coordination, and strengthen body muscles.
Exercises:
- Jumping over hurdles.
- Climbing on the barriers.
- Breaking through barriers.
- Crawling under barriers.
6 - Balance ball
Objective:
Improves balance and core strength, and develops hand-eye coordination.
Exercises:
Sitting on the ball, lunges forward and backward, stretching and strengthening exercises.
7 - Vibration devices
Objective:
Stimulates sensory receptors in muscles and joints, helping to improve balance and coordination.
Exercises:
Sitting, standing and arm loads.
