It contains:

1- Balance board

Objective :

Helps improve sense of balance and strengthen leg and core muscles.

Exercises:

Standing on the board, shift weight from one foot to the other, maintaining balance while moving arms.

2 - Balance slope

Objective :

Helps improve balance and coordination, and strengthens leg and core muscles.

Exercises:

  1. Walk back and forth on the board.
  2. Stand on one leg on the board.
  3. Transfer weight from one foot to the other.
  4. Performing jumping and landing exercises on the board.
  5. Walk on the board with your eyes closed.

3 - The curve

Objective :

Helps improve sense of balance and adaptation to curved surfaces, and strengthens leg muscles And the center.

Exercises:

  1. Walk on the curve back and forth.
  2. Stand on the curve while maintaining balance.
  3. Perform jumping and landing exercises on the curve.

4 - Ascending and descending ladder

Objective :

Helps develop the ability to move on uneven surfaces, improve leg strength Arms, balance development.

Exercises:

  1. Go up and down the stairs slowly and carefully.
  2. Jump from one level to another.
  3. Walk sideways on the stairs.
  4. Performing balance exercises on the stairs.

5 - Barriers

Objective :

Helps develop jumping, skipping and climbing ability, improve hand-eye coordination, and strengthen body muscles. 

Exercises:

  1. Jumping over hurdles.
  2. Climbing on the barriers.
  3. Breaking through barriers.
  4. Crawling under barriers.

6 - Balance ball

Objective:

Improves balance and core strength, and develops hand-eye coordination.

Exercises:

Sitting on the ball, lunges forward and backward, stretching and strengthening exercises.

7 - Vibration devices 

Objective:

Stimulates sensory receptors in muscles and joints, helping to improve balance and coordination.                                                                                                         

Exercises:

Sitting, standing and arm loads.
